Shipping Cost
Full shipping cost for all orders within U.S. and Canada are calculated at the final stage of checkout level, dependent on location. An estimated shipping cost is provided on the product page.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in offering a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and that includes making the return and exchange process as easy as possible.
Return and Exchange Window

Standard Return Window: We accept returns or exchanges on unused and undamaged products within 30 days of the original order date.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and free of cosmetic defects or noticeable wear.

All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging, including the box and any protective liners (e.g., floor liners for kennels). Failure to include original packaging may result in an additional $100 fee.
